After a year of dedication and hard work, 160 talented 7th and 8th grade band and orchestra students from Sgt. Manuel Chacon Middle School and Sgt. William G. Harrell Middle Schools recently spent the day at Six Flags, building memories, friendships, and team spirit along the way!
From rehearsals to performances, and now a little well-earned bonding time between the schools, we’re #MISDproud of our students, directors, and entire team! 🐾🎶

It is with deep sorrow that Mercedes ISD shares the heartbreaking news of the passing of Mr. Ernest Treviño, a dedicated educator and cherished member of the Mercedes Early College Academy team.
